Kurtis Marvin, 30, of Idaho Falls, died Tuesday after the minivan he was driving collided with a semi north of the city.
The crash occurred at about 5:40 p.m. near the intersection of 49th North and 25th East. Marvin died at the scene.
The adult male driver of the semi was not injured. Authorities did not release his name.
The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the collision. Idaho State Police, the Coroner’s Office and the Idaho Falls Fire Department assisted sheriff’s deputies.
